I recently hired this team for a roofing project and could not be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call to the final inspection, the communication was top-tier. I had a lot of questions about material and the overall process, and they took time to answer every one thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. They kept the job site tidy and did a thorough cleanup when they finished. No stray nails or debris left behind. White River Exteriors did an amazing job replacing all my roofs (8 total) from hail damage. John inspected all my roofs and determined they all were damaged. He worked with my insurance company to see that everything was taken care of. John and Thomas kept me informed and answered all my questions. Ed is exceptional! Insurance not only paid for repairs, he made sure we were brought up to current codes. The guys were here at 8am everyday until the job was complete. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away daily. This job included new siding, roofs, and gutters on our home and three additional out buildings. Around May of 2025 my home received a bunch of damage from a hail-producing storm. White River Exteriors did their own inspection of the roof and took the time to explain the damage types to look for, as well sharing important information to have and know for approaching insurance about a claim. Now the efforts that Thomas and Edward put in to assist me with questions and understanding of the insurance claim process, was way beyond expectations and even way beyond what anyone could reasonable ask for. Insurance relies on their customers to be uneducated, and the people at White River Exteriors saved me from a fate that dozens of homes in the same town faced. They are not afraid to tackle problems head on, and I couldn't be more satisfied. As far as pricing, I do not have direct experience outside of them easily working with my insurance coverage + deductible, but have heard good things about their pricing from friends that they have been referred to. I shopped around for various roofing quotes in Fall of 2025. Thomas at White River Exterior was the most upfront and attentive to my needs.
